This binding agreement between you and Israelimage – JHM Photography governs your use of the images on the CD-ROM” ("CD").
By using the CD, you agree to comply with this agreement.


1. All photographs are copyrighted © Jack Hazut.
The CD, including all image files and text material contained therein, is proprietary and protected by United States copyright Law and International Treaty.
All rights are reserved by Jack Hazut.

2. The images are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or altered in any form without the written permission of Jack Hazut.

3. You may not use any of the images or works derived thereof, for public display, for editorial, publishing, graphic design, reselling/redistributing or other commercial purposes, without having obtained a prior written release from Jack Hazut.
